Business Partner Referral Commission Policy

1 Purpose
This policy establishes the commission structure and payment terms for business partners who refer guests to Seabird Travels.
2 Eligibility
Business partners approved by the Company are eligible to receive a referral commission for confirmed bookings that originate directly from their referrals.

Commission shall be paid only when the booking has been confirmed, full payment has been received from the client, and the guest has completed the travel services.
Payments will be made in accordance with the Company's finance procedures and agreed payment schedule.
6 Right to review
The Company reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate any commission arrangement at its discretion, subject to any existing contractual obligations.
